اللهم رحمتك ارجوا فلا تكلنى الى نفسى طرفة عين وأصلح لى شأنى كلة لا اله الا انت
Allahumma rahmetuka arjoo, falaa tekilnee elaa nefsee tarfete ayn, wa aslih lee shenee kullahu. Laa ilaaha illaa Anta.
Meaning:
“O Allah I seek Your mercy, so please don’t entrust me to myself –not even for the blinking of an eye- and please resolve all of my problems. There is no god besides You.”
Reflection:
This amazing Du’a teaches us to seek Mercy and help from Allah (subhanahu Wa-t’ala) and ONLY Allah alone. In seeking Mercy and help, we are asking for Allah (subhanahu Wa-t’ala)‘s protection at all times and to NOT leave us to ourselves even for the blink of an eye (a split second). This shows the enormous need we have for Allah (subhanahu Wa-t’ala). This Du’a places hope in the aching heart at times of tribulations and afflictions knowing that Allah will always assist you in whatever situations you maybe in–All YOU have to do is ASK.
Allah (subhanahu Wa-t’ala) says in the Quran- “Call Upon Me and I will answer”—So take the time to Ask ALLAH (subhanahu Wa-t’ala)

We need to remember that Allah (subhanahu Wa-t’ala) is the ONLY one who can make our situations better so instead of lingering over how the situation could’ve been different, Seek Allah’s Mercy and Hope and Leave the rest to Him, and He will take care of you!!!!
